Terry Sauerbry joined the Missouri State
staff in July of 2006 after a similar
position at Rhode Island. Prior to Rhode
Island Sauerbry spent seven years as the
associate head strength & conditioning coach
at Temple.
Sauerby works with Head Track and Field
Coach Ron Boyce and Head Cross Country Coach
Greg Hipp to establish strength training
workout regimens and programs for Missouri
State’s cross country and track and field
athletes.
A native of Langhorne, Pa., Sauerby was an
athlete at the University of Maryland.
After his playing days, he worked as an
assistant in Maryland's strength &
conditioning program while completing his
bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 1997-98.
He moved to Temple where he served as
associate head strength & conditioning coach
to Chris Hudak and more recently Bruce
Seidman while completing work on a master's
degree in sports administration.
He and his wife, Christine, are expecting
their first child in November.
