The second level of the Plaster Sports Complex is home to the strength and conditioning center for Intercollegiate Athletics.  Strength coach Terry Sauerbry and his staff supervise the recently renovated 7,200-square-foot facility which is one of the largest of its kind in the Missouri Valley Conference.  The free weight based facility has eight squat racks, eight platforms, four benches and four inclines in addition to numerous other types of strength training equipment including a full range of dumb bells, med-balls and physioballs as well as cardio equipment.  The center also includes a warm-up room and staff offices.
